My Upper Deck Exquisite set collection. Exquisite basketball was an ultra premium product which started the RPA (Rookie/Patch/Auto) concept. The collection runs from the inaugural 2003/04 (Lebron/Wade/Melo) to the 2009/10 set (NBA base set with college rookies inc. Steph).
My collection of cool Modern Sets (post-1990). These sets are historic or more recent ones I thought looked great. This includes the iconic 1993/94 Topps Finest refractor set, first auto set (1996/97 Skybox Autographics) and first game-used set (1997/98 Upper Deck Game Jersey).
My collection of cool Non-NBA Sets. These sets are more recent ones I thought looked great. This includes the iconic 90s Game Jerseys, 2005/06 Upper Deck The Cup set (1st year, Exquisite equivalent), 2005/06 and 2023/24 Ultimate Signature NHL sets amongst others.
My collection of those I believe are The Greatest of All Time (GOATs) of their respective sports. Might be controversial, I don't care! I'm attempting to collect one RC and one auto card for GOATs from various sports. Not an easy task as some sports have very few (or no) options. Sports range from mainstream (basketball, baseball) to obscure (surfing, sumo).
My collection of Aussies who have played in the WNBA, NBA, MLB, NFL or NHL along with select Soccer cards. Starting from pioneers (Michele Timms - WNBA, Luc Longley - NBA, Joe Quinn - MLB, Colin Ridgeway - NFL, Nathan Walker - NHL), I'm tring to collect a rookie card and an auto of each player.
My collection of rookie cards from the NBA drafts since 1947. From single NBA sporadic releases in the 1940s-1960s (where many players had no RCs) to the junk wax era of the late-1980s to the explosion of finest/chromium cards of the 1990s and finally the Rookie/Patch/Auto releases of the 2000s, I'm trying to collect a RC from each draftee.
